JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 An order, dated 28.12.2018, passed by the Additional Collector, Saran at Chapra, in Mutation Revision No. 27 of 2018, is under challenge in the present writ application. The order arises out of a proceeding under Bihar Land Mutation Act. The petitioner has statutory remedy of approaching the Bihar Land Tribunal against the impugned order, which she has not availed.

This application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall have liberty to approach the Tribunal assailing the impugned order. If any question of limitation arises
