The plaintiff filed the suit for declaration of title and confirmation of possession on the lands mentioned in Schedule B of the plaint. The suit was dismissed. The plaintiff filed Title Appeal No.124/27 of 1998/1999 and the aforesaid appeal was heard by learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua and the appeal was allowed. The defendants are the appellant in the present appeal. Same and similar reliefs are sought for against other respondents against whom the appeal has already been dismissed on account of non-compliance of the

Patna High Court SA No.16 of 2002(6) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 order dated 11.02.2019.
