The petitioner has a remedy of filing an application before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, against the impugned order, which is statutory in nature, which the petitioner has not availed.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, against the impugned order. It is indicated that, if any
