The petitioner had applied for Electrical Contractor license in the Electricity Department. The same was granted to him. He started contract work with the Electricity Department. His license was renewed after three years. His grievance is that of late he is not being allowed to work as a Contractor for the Electricity Department.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation within three weeks before the District Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6000 of 2022(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 the same shall be considered forthwith, in any case not later than four weeks and thereafter a speaking order shall be passed. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
