Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioners that petitioners being proprietor of Mother Teresa School assaulted Nawal Kumar @ Niraj Kumar causing fracture injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 29.01.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 03.02.2015 and delayed lodging of the case clouds the whole prosecution case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.34300 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna. Accordingly the application is disposed of.
