Petitioner seeks bail in Jogabani P.S. Case No.235 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 21 (c), 22 of the NDPS Act and Section 27(ii), 28 read with Section 36 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

It is alleged that one Ramdeo Das was arrested with 1440 pieces intoxicated drugs. He disclosed about this petitioner that he had given those drugs.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
