The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41683 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/3 3(2)(1) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that the informant worked in the field of petitioner no. 1 and demanded wages but he was paid certain wages when the rest was assured to be paid on 02.04.2015, when the informant went and asked for the rest wages then who has been abused and assaulted. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that one Mahendra Mahto wanted to grab the land of the petitioners side for which Title Suit No. 479 of 2014 is also pending when petitioner no. 6 filed Complaint Case No. 626C of 2013 against Mahendra Mahto, who is witness in the present case and the said Mahendra Mahto has set up the present informant to lodge the present case.
The investigation has already concluded and the petitioners have been charge-sheeted. Considering the accusation in the background of wages dispute and dispute with regard to the title with the witness of the informant side, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Begusarai Sadar SC/ST P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
