====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-05-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the F.I.R. bearing Akbarpur P.S. Case No.106 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Vide order dated 06.04.2026 a report regarding status of case was called for, which was received vide Letter No.04 dated 18.04.2026. As per the said report submitted by the learned Trial Court, the above noted case has already been disposed on 08.12.2021.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of, as it has become infructuous.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions of learned counsels for the parties and the report submitted by the learned concerned Court, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of having become infructuous.
