The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 08.05.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Sessions Trial No. 286 of 2014 arising out of Adhaura P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014 offences under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. for discharge from the case has been dismissed.

It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial
