Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.586 of 2022 dated 10.11.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 307, 120B, 326, 504, 34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Raxaul at East Champaran, Motihari. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23933 of 2023(4) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
