Cr. Misc. No. 33623 of 2012 was dismissed for default on 01.07.2015, as the requisite of notice has not been filed by the petitioner.

The present restoration petition has been filed after six years of the order of dismissal in default. There is inordinate delay in filing of the restoration petition, which cannot be considered.
