JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 02.01.2002 passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1496 of 2001 whereby and whereunder the order of the learned Single Judge upholding the cancellation of the appointments of the Constables has been upheld. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no different view can be taken in the present case, hence, the present writ petition is dismissed.
