This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The first information report reveals that the petitioner and others induced Afreen Parveen, the minor daughter of the informant, to go with them with intent to marry her. The victim girl on affidavit stated that she has love affairs with co-accused, Md. Shamshad and she has already married with Md. Shamshad. The victim also filed a complaint case against her parents vide Annexure 3.

Considering the statement of the victim wherein there is no allegation of kidnapping or abduction, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 112 of 2016 arising out of Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I, Patna, or successor Court.
