JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard Sri Ranjit Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Madan Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.11/2017 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 484 and 408/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is owner of the vehicle, which was taken on hire by one Pankaj Yadav and ,thereafter, about 34 liters of Indian Make Foreign liquor was shown to be recovered, due to which the petitioner has been made accused. He submits that driver of the vehicle has already been arrested in another case.
