The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.3551/2013, Trial No.1954/2016 registered for offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready to keep Opposite Party No.2 with all dignity. In the court below also, the petitioner had submitted as such, but the same was not accepted on the ground that the petitioner is threatening Opposite Party No.2 but he is ready to give an undertaking in this regard that he will not to do anything causing harassment to the Opposite

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of submission, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below and file an application before the learned court below that he is ready to keep his wife with all dignity. If such application is filed by the petitioner, the learned court below will release the petitioner on provisional bail and at the same time, he will call upon the Opposite Party No.2 and will try to make mediation between the parties and if during the course of said mediation, the conduct of the petitioner is found satisfactory, he will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner, otherwise, the learned court below will pass an appropriate order.

It is needless to say that if the Opposite Party No.2 does not co-operate in the mediation, the learned court below will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
