The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 256 of 2020 dated 25.07.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 332, 333, 307, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though he has been named in the FIR but several persons have been made accused with the general and omnibus allegation of causing injuries to the prosecution side. Some of the other persons made accused on similar accusation have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court. The petitioner is handicapped by 50% in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30598 of 2021(2) dt.17-01-2022 2/2 support of which contention, a certificate has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 256 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
