JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act As per the prosecution case, 482 bags of Urea was found loaded on truck and additional 42 bags of Urea was kept in the shop of this petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case only on suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way concerned with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is dealer of seeds. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
