JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have fired causing fire arm injury on the left eye of 11 years old girl but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner had gone to his Sasural and, as a matter of fact, he has been implicated in this case on account of previous enmity. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 24.6.2016 and investigation against him has already been completed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36066 of 2016 (5) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rashmi Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.365 of 2015.
