In view of the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 and in view of the order dated 31.01.2014 passed by the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna as contained in Annexure-D annexed with the show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order dated 29.04.2013 passed in CWJC No. 8553 of 2013 by this Bench has been complied with. No case for initiating contempt proceeding is made out. Accordingly, the present MJC stands dismissed. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may assail the validity and correctness of the aforesaid order dated 31.01.2014 (Annexure-D to the show cause) before an appropriate Forum/Court.
