Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 386, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is said that six FIR named accused were arrested who were collecting money from the vehicle owners posing themselves to be officials of the district transport office. One of the apprehended coaccused disclosed that they used to take receipt from the shop of the petitioner. Subsequently, shop of the petitioner was raided and it is alleged that bunch of one receipt was recovered from the shop of the petitioner.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 5.9.2016. Moreover, co-accused Sunny Kumar and others have already been granted privilege of bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47432 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patnacity/ concerned court in Gaurichak P.S. Case no. 200/2016.
