It is informed on behalf of the respondents that present civil revision has been preferred against the award dated 07.03.2014 passed in Reference Case No. 05 of 2012 by the Tribunal. It is also informed that opposite party had filed CWJC No. 12047 of 2014 for quashing the resolution bearing Memo No.

Patna High Court C.R. No.176 of 2014 (5) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 MU.A-2 Papu 1-159/06-5060/Patna dated 11.01.2007 through which the opposite party was blacklisted by the Government and while disposing of CWJC No. 12047 of 2014, a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide judgment dated 17.11.2014 quashed the award dated 07.03.2014 (wrongly mentioned as 07.03.2004 in judgment dated 17.11.2014 passed in CWJC No. 12047 of 2014) and remitted the matter back to the Tribunal for a fresh decision. It is submitted that in the aforesaid circumstance, this civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission as well as taking note of judgment dated 17.11.2014 passed in CWJC No. 12047 of 2014, this civil revision petition stands disposed of being infructuous.
