JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 30-08-2025 We find from the records that a letter dated 02.08.2025 has been sent by the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra to this Court, wherein he has annexed the report of the Inspector of Police, Dariyapur Police Station, Saran at Chapra dated 02.08.2025. In the said report dated 02.08.2025, it has been mentioned that both the aforesaid appellants of the present appeal, namely, Brij Nandan Singh and Bhageran Singh have died and, in proof thereof, a certificate issued by the Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat Raj, Dariyapur, District Saran at Chapra dated 30.03.2025 has been annexed, wherein the said Mukhiya has certified that both the appellants of the present appeal have died

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.199 of 1999(7) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 long time back.

2. We do not have any reason to doubt the aforesaid factum of death of the appellants of the present appeal, hence the Criminal Appeal (DB) No.199 of 1999 stands abated.
