Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.01.2019.

Allegation against the petitioner and other F.I.R. named accused is to have killed the father and mother of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
