2. If he surrenders to seeks the bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and also taking into consideration the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 01.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 11707 of 2024 .

3 . Accordingly, this bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty .
