JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Neemchak Bathani P. S. Case No. 103 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is contended that co-accused Pappu Yadav and Rakesh Yadav having identical allegations to that of the petitioners, have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court, vide order dated 19.05.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50667 of 2014.

No.42309 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the fact that the case of the petitioners stands on identical footing to that of the other co-accused, who have already been granted anticipatory bail, vide aforesaid order dated 19.5.2015.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, for the reasons assigned in the order dated 19.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50667 of 2014, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C. J. M., Gaya in Neemchak Bathani P. S. Case No. 103 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
