The petitioner seeks regular bail in Kotwali Barari P.S. Case No. 606/2017 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 381/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 323, 342, 385, 379, 307, 504(B), 504, 506, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner of assaulting members of the prosecution party and making demand of Rs. 5,00,000/- as Rangdari. Other co-accused have been granted regular bail by different benches

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71014 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 of this court vide order dated 27.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11919/2018 and dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60720/2018. Petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IInd, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali Barari P.S. Case No. 606/2017 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 381/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
