Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 47(a) and 53(b) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. 10 bottles Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 30.6.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Supriya Goswami, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case no. 231/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
