JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is of recovery of one country made pistol and one rifle from the house of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that at the time of raid and recovery, the petitioner was in judicial custody in connection with other case. Moreover, in this case petitioner has been in custody for more than ten months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68555 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisinoal Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
