2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been given the benefits of first and second ACP to which he is entitled and his representation in that regard before the concerned authorities have yielded no result.
3. This Court direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation/complaint before the Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical Officer, Patna (respondent no. 5) detailing
Patna High Court CWJC No.6635 of 2019 dt.24-04-2019 2/2 his grievances and giving reasons why he should be given the benefits of the first and second ACP with effect from particular dates, within a period of three weeks from today, who on receipt of the same shall dispose it of by a reasoned order after verifying all records within a further period of six weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed within the aforesaid period.
4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
