Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 2 has been arrested so he wants to withdraw this application with respect to petitioner no. 2. Permission is granted and this application is dismissed, as not pressed with respect to petitioner no. 2. So far petitioner no. 1, he is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 352, 308, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the present case, allegation has been made that all

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner no. 1 and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner no. 1 surrenders before the court below, the court below without being prejudiced by this order will take decision in accordance with law.
