Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The brief facts of the case is that on 26.01.2022 and on the relevant date and time of occurrence three unknown person have looted the motorcycle from the possession of the informant Manoj Singh on the point of Katta and on the basis of the this fact the case has been registered against unknown persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22799 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2023 and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no evidence against the petitioner. There is no recovery and no T.I. Parade has been held yet.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-13th Sarat at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Kopa Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
