This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, 40 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Act and 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public and Property Act.

Allegation is of unauthorized carrying of raw material for industrial use.

The petitioners submit that the petitioners had purchased the same from the Hindalco Company, which was dust and was to be used for preparation of cement. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18600 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
