JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and the State.
Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner was abusing the informant, on protest being made, petitioner assaulted with farsha on the head of the informant. When the other accused persons came they also assaulted the informant and took away locket worth Rs. 18,000/-.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the agnate of the informant Anita Devi lodged a case against the informant at the earlier point of time when petitioner did not favour either side, hence the present case has

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that petitioner has caused grievous injury to the informant.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 179 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.
With the above observation this application is disposed of.
