The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case 18 liters liquor was seized. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let, the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
