2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S Case No. 133 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 323, 307, 448, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is case of land dispute between the parities in which several FIR named persons assaulted the father of the informant by means of lathi and danda.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order it appears that petitioner is not named in FIR, name of the petitioner surfaced merely on suspicion, moreover, no specific allegation against the petitioner, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S Case No. 133 of 2023 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
