In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 247 of 2016 for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 448, 427, 324 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.

Both the learned counsels are present. The petitioner is also present. The petitioner is ready to return Rs. 12,00,000/- which has taken as an advance after executing the agreement in easy installments. After persuasion both the parties are ready for the terms and conditions as mentioned below:- The petitioner will pay Rs. 3,00,000/- within ten days to the informant and after payment of Rs. 3,00,000/- as the first

No.12294 of 2017 (4) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 installment the petitioner will surrender in the learned court below and after showing receipt of payment of Rs. 3,00,000/- he shall be released on the provisional bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with the aforementioned case and thereafter the petitioner shall pay Rs. 1,00,000/- per months to the informant and after payment of full amount of Rs. 12,00,000/- the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed by the learned court below itself, failing which the bail granted to the petitioner shall be deemed to be cancelled.
