2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted one Avinash Kumar by means of rod, sword, lathi, bhala and danda, due to which he fell down and sustained grievous injury. It is further alleged that when informant went to save him, he was also assaulted and petitioner no. 2 (Pappu Rai) snatched gold locket of Lord Hanuman from the neck of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that the injured Avinash has specifically stated that co-accused Vishal Kumar and Pintu Kumar assaulted on his head by means of sword. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sheo Kumar Sinha, Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra / concerned court in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 690 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
