2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32, 36 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 3582 litres illicit foreign liquor was recovered from a truck of which this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that huge quantity of illicit liquor was recovered from the seized vehicle of which this petitioner is registered owner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
