The petitioner is accused in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 221 of 2016, registered under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that regarding theft of the motorcycle of the informant, Rosera P.S. Case No.221 of 2016 under Section 379 and 411 of I.P.C. was instituted and in course of investigation one Purushottam Ram was apprehended by the Police, who confessed his guilt regarding committing of theft of motorcycle, who also disclosed the name of this petitioner as his associate. Thereafter, the stolen motorcycle was recovered and on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Purushottam Ram, the petitioner was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.130 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2017 2/2 remanded in two other cases. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 221 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
