This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 28.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57534 of 2018 whereby the petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case was pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Danapur, Patna and not before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66297 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 Considering the submissions made above, in the order dated 28.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57534 of 2018 in last paragraph the words "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate" be read as "Additional Sessions Judge-VII". The period of six weeks granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below by the aforestated order is also extended by further two weeks.
