JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015 registered under Sections 441, 323, 354B, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 28.03.2017 the matter referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre for settlement of the issue. Mediation Report is on the record at Flag - 'A'. Perusal of the same shows that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and they are living together peacefully. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has kept his wife well and he is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
