Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an inquiry was conducted by the Director DRDA with regard to irregularity in execution of various schemes of Ward No. 9 of village Tribhuani,
Patna High Court CWJC No.9080 of 2020(3) dt.27-07-2021 2/2 Gram Panchayat Raj Sohra, Block Barhara, P.S. Krishna Grah, District Bhojpur, and, the enquiry report has already been submitted before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur vide letter No. 1023 dated 24.9.2020. Learned counsel further submits that a representation has already been filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Bhaojpur, for taking necessary action upon the enquiry report.
Learned counsel for the State submits that for the ends of justice, this Court may direct the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, to take a decision upon the enquiry report, submitted by the Director, DRDA, Bhojpur at Ara.
In view of the aforesaid submission made by the parties, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, to take a decision upon the enquiry report submitted by the DRDA, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
