2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498(A) , 304 (B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/ 4 of the D. P Act. 3 . It is a case of dowry death . As per prosecution case , informant alleged that his sister Shanti Kumari was married to Rahul Kumar about 5 months ago and soon after the marriage , she was subjected to creulty and torture by all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., due to non-fulfillment of

It is further alleged that on 20.03.2023 , when informant called his sister, she was scared and said that she was beaten and then the call got disconnected. When informant reached matrimonial house of her sister, she was found missing and as such informant suspects that all the F.I.R., named accused persons killed sister of informant.

Petitioner No. 1 is aunty ( Fua) and Petitioner No. 2 is Nanad and petitioner No. 3 is Dewar , petitioner No. 4 is neighbour and uncle and petitioner No. 5 is co-villager and uncle of the deceased. They are simply vicitms of over implication . They are separate in mess and property . There is no specific allegation is alleged against them and they have no concern with the affairs of the couple . Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts , clean antecedents of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of
