The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all accused persons named in the FIR including petitioner assaulted the informant and his daughter-in-law.
It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case simply because she is relative of coaccused Mahabir Das. There is general and omnibus allegation. The police after investigation submitted final form, but differing with the same the court below took cognizance. Petitioner is lady and she claims clean antecedents.
