2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Perusal of record shows that vide letter dated 20.07.2025 of Assistant Registrar, Cr. Appeal Section of this Court, a living status report of accused appellant was called for. In response, Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur submitted report dated 26.09.2025 based on the information furnished by the S.H.O., Nathnagar P.S. apprising this Court that sole appellant namely, Jagdish Sah has died on 27.01.2000

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.297 of 1999(6) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 during pendency of this Cr. Appeal. The Death Certificate dated 29.02.2000 issued by Registrar, Birth and Death, Bhagalpur Municipal Corporation, is also enclosed along with the said report.

4. In view of the above, the instant criminal Appeal filed by the appellant Jagdish Sah stands abated.
