JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1i) For direction to Respondents -authorities to ensure the compliance of the order dated 20.08.2011 Memo No.1772 issued by Respondent No.5 (Circle Officer, Gaya Sadar,Gaya to block the sewage of the water of the house of the petitioners above named which is file bearing Land Dispute Settlement Appeal

Patna High Court CWJC No.20778 of 2014(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 No.105 of 2013 which has been filed under the provision of Bihar Land Dispute Act, 2009 strictly in accordance with law, in favour of the petitioners.

ii) For the direction to Respondent No.6 (The Circle Officer, Gaya Sadar, Gaya) for compliance of order dated 20.08.2014 to stop the sewage of the water of the house of the petitioners with the help of local Police Station, Gaya."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute in question has been settled amicably, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
