One country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.06.2016. So far as criminal antecedent of this petitioner is concerned, prior to the institution of the present case only one case has been lodged against him, i.e., in the year 2011. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-IV, Nawada in connection with Kawakole (Rupau) P.S.Case No.79 of 2016.
