JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2021 Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, through Video conferencing.

This application has been filed by the petitioner for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party No.2, Bharat Kumar Mandal @ Raja @ Bharat Mandal @ Bharat Kumar, by this Court vide order dated 25.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10615 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Opposite Party No.2 was granted bail by this Court but after grant of anticipatory bail, the Opposite Party No.2 is trying to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32806 of 2021(2) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 put pressure upon the victim girl and is making a plan to abduct the victim girl again with the help of his friends. Upon query of the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such complaint has been lodged before the police in this regard or before any other appropriate forum by the petitioner.

Regard being had to the submission made by the parties and taking into consideration the materials on record and the fact that Opposite Party No.2 was granted anticipatory bail by this Court after consideration of all the materials on record, I am not inclined to entertain this application for cancellation of bail.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
