Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. 48 bottles of 180 ml each of Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 14.7.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya in Gurua P.S. Case no. 92/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
