JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 601 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was lodged against unknown. The petitioner was arrested on 19.12.2018 but till date he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the fact that the case was lodged against unknown and no step has been taken to put the petitioner on TIP to ascertain his involvement in the commission of the crime, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
